Cold Bew Coffee Methods - More than Immersion Cold

Cold brew coffee is now one of the major way people drink their cup of joe. The market is filled with various cold brew coffee makers. The problem is all of these are immersion cold brew and in a smaller percentage, cold drip. The problem with both preparation methods is that it takes a lot of time to brew. Minumum 8 hours, in which case you have an incomplete extraction, and you waste coffee beans. The reality is that we have a lot more ways to prepare cold brew coffee. Science gives us a few clues: pressure, lack of it, agitation, and grind size are all factors taht can help us brew it faster.
