The problem is all of these are immersion cold brew and in a smaller percentage, cold drip. The problem with both preparation methods is that it takes a lot of time to brew. Minumum 8 hours, in which case you have an incomplete extraction, and you waste coffee beans. The reality is that we have a lot more ways to prepare cold brew coffee.
