The general assembly has passed new legislation updating the existing Clean Indoor Air Act. The new provisions ban smoking indoors in all public places. The ban includes e-cigarettes and vaping, which means you can no longer use them in public places. The intention is to control vaping among Colorado teenagers whose vaping statistics are above the national average, according to the Department of Public Health and Environment.
